By entering Ocean Imperial Resort or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our facilities or services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to enter the casino or gamble at Ocean Imperial Resort.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. We reserve the right to verify age at any time. Individuals under 18 are not permitted in gaming areas, even if accompanied by an adult.

3. Gaming Rules

• Management reserves the right to refuse service to any person
• Disputes must be resolved through casino management
• Maximum and minimum betting limits apply to all games
• Cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate expulsion and prosecution
• All gaming decisions by dealers and management are final

VIP Club benefits are subject to change without notice. Benefits include:

• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Tier status is reviewed quarterly
• Management reserves the right to modify or terminate benefits

6. Conduct and Behavior

Guests are expected to:

• Treat staff and other guests with respect
• Follow dress code requirements in designated areas
• Not engage in disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior
• Not be visibly intoxicated in gaming areas
• Comply with security personnel instructions

Violation of these standards may result in removal from the property and loss of membership privileges.

7. Security and Surveillance

The casino is monitored 24/7 by surveillance cameras for security purposes. By entering the property, you consent to being recorded. Footage may be used for investigations, training, or legal proceedings.

8. Liability Limitations

Ocean Imperial Resort is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal property
• Injuries resulting from intoxication or negligence
• Gaming losses
• Technical malfunctions or system errors

9. Tax Reporting

Gaming winnings may be subject to federal and state taxes. We are required to report winnings over certain thresholds to the IRS. Winners must provide valid identification and Social Security number for tax reporting purposes.
